I know it seems absurd that Jack Butler isn't in the Hall of Fame, but he isn't

Lets look at some of his Career Stats, Four time Pro-Bowler,Three time All-Pro, 52 Career INT he is still in the top 25 if I am not mistaken. 60.2% career TO Per Game rate Highest of all time, he retired in 1959 after nine years in the NFL, this was during a 12 game schedule he was doing all of this. Contrast Ty Law who is right ahead of him on the all time INT list had 15 16 game schedules to end up with one more Butler. Member of the 1950 all decade team, one of the Top 300 players of all time, named to the Steelers 50 and 75 anniversary teams, most likely will end up on the 100 as well, Led the NFL with 10 INT in 1957, again with a 12 game schedule, had four INT returned for TDs in his career. This is in addition to his seven receptions for 102 yards with 4 TD
He was also the director of the BLESTO(Bears, Lions, Eagles, Steelers) Scouting Combine which is the precursor to the modern NFL Combine. Help set up the Mondern Wonderlic test. Also he had a sweet plexiglass facemask http://www.jack-butler.com/photo_album.html
The most compelling argument for his enshrinement is the fact that Johnny Unitas said he was the Best Defensive Back he played against. That alone should get you in the Hall
Please NFL writers/Veteran Committe do the right thing, Put Jack Butler in the Hall of Fame.
